Green Turtle Herbals is dedicated to producing only the highest quality wildcrafted and organic herbal products available. Made in small batches, all of our extracts are aged at least eight weeks rather than the two week industry standard to ensure the potency of the plant constituents. Wildcrafted plants are harvested with the deepest respect and gratitude for the spirit of each species at the peak of their potency in ways to ensure their continued and abundant growth.
We choose not to wildcraft at-risk medicinal plants as we are active participants in the preservation and restoration of these species. We grow most of our own plants in our gardens. Some species that are new to our gardens and not quite ready for harvesting and some species that we offer that don't grow in our area, as well as at-risk species, are purchased fresh from Pacific Botanicals. We feel it's important to also support some of the wonderful growers such as Pacific Botanicals simply because of their intention to keep plants from being over-harvested in the wild and their impeccable integrity.
Our passion and respect for medicinal plants is based on an understanding of how they work with the body mentally, physically, and spiritually. We hope you love our products as much as we love making them.
